Florida Counseling and Evaluation Services is a group of competent and caring behavioral health clinicians whose goal is to assist individuals in resolving personal difficulties and in acquiring those skills, attitudes, and resources necessary to pursue productive and satisfying lives.
It is our goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we cannot change difficult situations of the past, our clinicians can work together with you to better understand and resolve challenges in your life by focusing on the here-and-now and to positively impact the future.

In Northeast Florida, our warm, comfortable, and friendly office environments can be found at our Jacksonville area location and in Orange Park.
Our Southside office is located off Philips Highway between JTB and University Blvd on the south side of Jacksonville, Florida. It is easily accessible from I-95 and with JTA bus service:

Our Orange Park office is located on Kingsley Avenue, between Blanding Boulevard and Highway 17:

Hours of Operation:
Mondays - Thursdays: 9 am - 9 pm
Fridays: 9 am - 7 pm
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; we offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule. Please ask a care coordinator for more information; we will work with you to determine means to access of care.
